Most recently, Ben shot still for the film Molly’s Girl, filmed in the city he grew up in, Des Moines, Iowa. Photography
In 2008, Ben was living in Paris chasing his dreams of producing a movie. While there, Ben picked up a still-camera and began to show how he viewed and interpreted the world. The owner of a boutique ad agency, Darwin FX, developed a fancy for Ben’s work and decided to hire him. Upon hire, he bought Ben his first profession series camera, and the passion was born.Ben has shot still photos on the set of The Experiment starring Adrian Brody and Forrest Whitaker. His portfolio also includes still photos he captured on set of Stephen King’s Children of the Corn.
