BeatRoute Magazine is a monthly music paper published in Calgary. With a circulation of 10,000, the paper is distributed in Calgary, Edmonton and Lethbridge, Banff, and Canmore. Although primarily focused on music, BeatRoute also publishes articles on art, columns and film reviews. Currently, it is the only music publication of its size in the area

The paper started in June 2004. Its founder and editor-in-chief is Brad Simm and its general manager is Glenn Alderson.

In 2009, BeatRoute Magazine headed out West with a BC edition being circulated in Vancouver, Victoria and Nanaimo, also with a circulation of 10,000.
