Most of her novels were made into films in Tollywood (Telugu cinema) and she continues to provide story ideas and screenplay support for movies. Most of her novels are about humans relations and situational emotions.

Career

• Leader – Novel about her grandfather, that brought her into the galaxy of writers. The novel is based on the inspiring life of Ramani's maternal grandfather who waged a fiery freedom struggle against the British in the Godavari districts of Andhra Pradesh. The novel went on to win several hearts and laid a fresh focus not only on the freedom fighters whose names have been steadily vanishing in the oblivion, but also paid a tribute to the sacrificial nature of the wife (the author's grandmother) of the freedom fighter
