. This is played by players U-19 representing their states teams. This tournament was started by AIFF in 1962. It was called as junior nationals and was restricted to boys U-19. This trophy was presented in memory of late chief minister of West Bengal

from 5 June to 27 June 2010. Chandigarh football team won this by beating West Bengal football. This match was tied at 1-1 score at full time but Chandigarh football team manage to win 5-3 in penalty shoot out.
