Currently

The club has prospered off the fied in recent years, the construction of brand new state of the art dressing rooms was finished and opened in 2005. Along with dressing rooms the building contains a function room, and a fully functioning and top quality gym. The actual playing pitch itself underwent major surgery in the winter and summer of 2007 and although the finishing touches are yet to be put in place, it is evident that the pitch has improved tenfold. On the field however the club has been starved of success lately. The team is in transition but continues to underperform. Despite this however the Stacks remain competitive in every fixture of every competition and with the average age of the starting team of this years championship at only 22.3 years of age the future is indeed bright, its amber. The current senior team are managed by William Kirby and Wayne Quillinan and will play St Brendans in the first round on June 20. The closest they have come since then has been a final defeat to An Ghaeltacht in the 2001 decider. The youths in the club are doing very well with high numbers in all age groups.
