G. Arthur de Zoysa was a Ceylonese statesman and businessmen. He was elected to the first Parliament of Ceylon in 1947 from Colombo and was reelected in 1952. He was educated at Royal College, Colombo and was a grandson of Sir Charles Henry de Soysa
