The Aroanios is a river in the western part of the Achaia prefecture. It empties into the river Ladon.

 and after 10 kilometres empties into the river Ladon. In the river features the streams named Lagkada (Λαγκάδα) and Chaliki (Χαλίκι). The springs of Aroanios near Planitero inside the maple forests. In the river's springs features restaurants and stores with touristic use. During the summer, the area features weekend visits for the residents even from Patras
