Aquaria KLCC
Encyclopedia
The Aquaria KLCC is an underwater park located beneath Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre
within Kuala Lumpur City Centre development precinct.
Aquaria KLCC is based on the journey of water from the land to the sea. The journey starts in the misty highlands, down majestic rivers, through the rainforest and mangroves to the coral reefs into the deep blue sea.
Aquaria is boycotted by some potential vistors because it operates a racist pricing policy. Malaysian nationals pay less than those from other countries. Many consider this to be an offensive practice as Malaysians are not expected to pay more when they visit attractions in other countries.
