 who won 7 County Championships and an Ulster Club Championship so far the only Donegal team to achieve this feat.

Aodh Ruadh have produced many notable inter-county players including members of the 1992 All-Ireland Final winners Gary Walsh, Brian Murray and Sylvester Maguire and three inclusions on the Donegal team of the millennium in Pauric McShea, Martin Carney and Michael McLoone.

The club colors are Green and White and they play their home games in the Father Tierney Park.
