Adams and his wife, Andenika, have a son Anthony III, born January 2008 and a daughter, Ammena, born January 2010.

Community service

Anthony Adams gives back to his community. In 2006, Anthony donated to a program in his hometown, Detroit, called Youthville. He gave away 2 Super Bowl XL tickets to a student that improved their G.P.A. the most. The recipient was Daniel Billingslea, a 7th grader from University Public School.

In 2009, Adams went to visit some Chicago Public Schools
