She studied in the "Collège des Pères Antonins" school of Baabda an was graduated the year 2004.

Hilal studies law and her ambition is to become a judge.
On November 14th Anabella Hillal married the much older, Dr.Nader Saab, a plastic surgeon in a Christian ceremony in Cyprus. She gave birth to her first child, a daughter named Mayeva on August 21st 2010.
