On 18 May 2010, she was arrested for drugs in New York City: She had stolen drug prescription pad of her doctor (she is a physician herself in Russia though but not licensed to work as a doctor in the USA) to write herself painkiller narcotics.

She was arrested again on April 2011 for illegal drugs.
