Fall out

Shipanga fell out with SWAPO leadership in 1976 during the so-called Shipanga rebellion. Shipanga was then imprisoned in Zambia and Tanzania between 1976 and 1978. Following his release, Shipanga returned to Namibia and formed SWAPO Democrats
