Andi Zeisler is a cofounder and editor of Bitch: Feminist Response of Pop Culture, a nonprofit independent quarterly magazine published in Portland, Oregon

Zeisler also stated in the article, “The ‘B word’ gets thrown at women if they do not respond to man's cat-calls or smiles. Society also uses the term to describe a woman who has a better job than a man and doesn’t apologize for it; we even use it for the woman who doesn’t back down from a confrontation and defends her position passionately."
