Objectives

The ABAP's current goal is for the country to win its first ever Olympic gold medal in boxing, to be recognized as one of the world's boxing powers as well as to improve the image of the Philippines abroad. With this purpose, it has been conducting information campaigns among local government units who are interested in amateur boxing and wish to organize boxing tournaments. The organization also has an ongoing accreditation campaign for young referees, with workshops and examinations being administered countrywide.
