In September 2011, Richard Middlebrook replaced David Black as Headteacher.

History
In 2008 the school made local and then national newspapers after a teacher allegedly forced pupils to 'pray to Allah', or get a detention.May 2009 saw the teacher hit the front pages of local papers yet again. This time informing the public that 'Cheshire East had dismissed her following an "irretrieveable breakdown of communication" with her bosses'.
In September 2011, Richard Middlebrook replaced David Black as Headteacher.
