. Her style and subject matter has been influenced by a childhood spent in the rural Southwest and California as well as her journeys through North Africa, Spain and Greece. Her paintings have been exhibited throughout the United States, Scotland, and in numerous publications, including Illuminations and Man In Nature. In 1993 she won a national award in painting and was awarded a solo show at the American Institute of Architecture.
