Alison Barrington was in General Hospital in the year 2000. She and Emily Quartermaine did not get along even before they went to a big party. Alison and her friend Sherry told Emily in a joking way that she's acting still at the party. Alison's friend Juan Santiago later got in an argument with Emily which made Lucky Spencer stand up to Juan. Emily later saw Juan and Alison kiss.
