Pileva's first appearance was in 1998 at the Macedonian music festival MakFest

. Pileva has won many awards for the best interpretation and public awards at festivals in Macedonia for the songs "Nema uteha" and "Srebreni vojnici".

Pileva is one of the most played artists on MTV Adria

. Her singles such as "Letaj so mene" and "Ludo" have had great success on MTV Adria charts. Her album Get Back to Studio Rock 'n Roll, released on 10 September 2008, marked Pileva's debut as an original artist, writing all of the music and lyrics for this album. The album shows definite pop rock roots, blues-rock ballads, alternative and post-grunge influences can be heard in some of the songs. "Letaj so mene" ("Fly With Me") was the first single from the album. The album contains 12 tracks.

Pileva has worked on many projects in Macedonia such as "Makedonija Zasekogas", "Kirilico Ispeana" and others. She was involved in a number of charitable organizations, including visiting the Macedonian troops in Iraq on 11 October 2005. Pileva, together with the Macedonian Minister of Defense and others came to visit Macedonian troops at Camp TAJI Iraq, where they sang the Macedonian national anthem during a visit by the Macedonian government.

Pileva released a live DVD in December 2008 called Live from Studio Rock & Roll. , she is presently working on songs for the new album that is planned for release in late 2010.

She is well known not only in Macedonia, but also elsewhere on the Balkan Peninsula.
