, USA. In March 2006, Lubinsky announced a deal with Texas-based Unique Performance to produce a Cobra-style AC MkV for the US market. That plan came to naught after Unique Performance declared bankruptcy. In 2009 he moved production to Germany and announced new AC Mk. VI.
