The southern terminus of SR-203 is located at its intersection with State Route 189

State Route 189 or SR-189 is a state highway that serves Coffee and Crenshaw Counties as a connection between Kinston, Elba and Brantley. SR-189 intersects SR-52 at its southern terminus and US-331 at its northern terminus.-Route description:...

 south of central Elba. From this point, the route travels in a northwesterly direction in route to U.S. Highway 84. From this point it begins its gradual loop in a northeasterly direction before reaching its northern terminus at its junction with State Route 125 northeast of central Elba.
