Ala Boratyn (ˈala bɔːˈratɨn), also known as Ala, born Alicja Julia Boratyn, 27 November 1992 in Łódź, Poland) is a Polish singer famously-known as one of the two members of the Polish girl group Blog 27
. On 18 October 2006, Alicja announced her departure from Blog 27 and went to develop a solo career. On 27 October 2008, Ala's solo album Higher was released in Poland, with the single "Angel".
