Rape charges

On 9 September 2011 it was reported that Santos had been charged with 2 counts of rape. The first rape had allegedly taken place on 25 or 26 September 2010. The second attack allegedly took place on 7 May 2011 in Chichester

. Santos and another man, 21-year-old Tyrelle Ritchie, were both charged with one count of rape on the same date in Chichester; at Chichester Magistrates' Court on 19 September 2011 both men both were given continued bail and ordered to re-appear at Chichester Crown Court on January 5 2012.
