Afroditi Laoutari was a famous Greek
singer and actor at the musical theatre.
She was born in Patras
in 1893. She entered early at the music theatre with Papaioannou and did not start to prepart for a rich voice and her stage talent as she was self-taught. From 1915 she participated in a star due to the company and from that time was a few years old took part as an actress in many roles of Greek and foreign musical theatrical philologies. She had studied solitarily at Greek operetta in the 1920s. She quickly returned to the theatre and was not the first, she was one of the first announcers of Greek radio in 1938, as the name Afroditis led. She continued to broadcast and after the war for another decade. In her fame, Afroditis Laoutari looked like Sofia Vembo
. She died in 1975.
