AdvantaClean Systems, Inc. is a privately-held American franchise corporation with over 75 operational franchises nationwide providing mold remediation, air duct and dryer vent cleaning, emergency water removal, and fire damage cleanup services to residential, commercial, and governmental clients.

History

The company originated in 1994 as a contracting business handling cleanup and repairs in southern Florida after Hurricane Andrew. Following the relocation of company headquarters to Charlotte, NC, the AdvantaClean brand was established. A pilot franchise program was initiated in 2000 and made available to the general public in 2008. Since 2007, the company has been headquartered in Huntersville, North Carolina.

AdvantaClean currently ranks seventh in Franchise Business Review’s 2011 Top Low Cost Franchises list and was rated one of the top 15 of low-investment franchise opportunities nationwide by Franchise Business Review.

Spanning 19 states, AdvantaClean has over 75 operational franchises and 64 territories under development as of June 2011.

AdvantaClean franchisees range in size from small, single unit home-based businesses to large multi-state organizations covering multiple territories.

Headquarters and Training Facility

AdvantaClean’s North Carolina headquarters includes a centralized 24-hour customer care center and a 22000 square feet (2,043.9 m²) training facility located on a 5 acres (20,234.3 m²) campus. The training center includes a 1700 square feet (157.9 m²) house for hands-on training and full-scale simulations. Franchisees participate in continuing education by attending weekly webinars hosted by AdvantaClean’s home office training staff.
