Neagu co-founded Formotus in 2005 to take her XML expertise into mobile operating systems and smartphones. As CTO she was the principal architect of the patent-pending ‘FormoPublish’ technology, which uses cloud-based servers to convert XML forms into mobile applications and deploy them to mobile devices.
