. Bennati's drumming style has been described as powerful, creative, and unique. He plays in the rare "open-style", where the hands do not cross as they traditionally do when playing the hi-hat and snare drum in a drum beat. Bennati also plays single kick pedal, something that is quite rare in Heavy Metal music. He achieves the quick pedal movements (that simulate double-pedal) by using a kick-pedal style known as the "slide technique". Adam Bennati currently resides in Los Angeles and plays with other musical groups or does session work when he is not busy with Early Man.
