The Accademia provides a dynamic forum so members can stay in touch and share professional experiences, inspirations, and aspirations for mutual benefit. The Accademia’s website is the focal point of the organisation, allowing members' professional achievements to replenish the community. Members include politicians and leading executives whose distinguished careers provide an exemplary template for aspiring young professionals.

The Accademia is led by philanthropist Angelo Iudice, an ambassador of Apulia in London for over 25 years, who founded the association wishing to recognise and nurture the talent of young professionals. In order to promote young artists, the Accademia has launched an art award
