Plot

The story begins with a jump, the suicide off of Unjoo off of the Catholic girls' high school she attends. Her sister, Jeong-Eon sees her jump.
The next day we see Jeong-Eon, Soy, Eugene, and Eon-ju in the office of the school, each swearing that they were meeting Eon-Ju in the meeting room, and that Eugene wondered off to go to the restroom than jumped off the roof of the school. Soy is the only student to admit she was on the roof when Eon-Ju jumped, but swore she didn't know why she had jumped.

Each of the three girls become very paranoid about the death of Unjoo, and secrets about why each girl had a reason to jump start to surface. We see that Soy is beginning to become very depressed about the death, unlike the other two. During the funeral of Unjoo we see Soy leaving the funeral crying. Jeong-Eon catches Soy before she leaves, confronting her about the death of Unjoo, and Soy repeats that she doesn't know what happened, and leaves.

Meanwhile, rumors start to spread around the school, many girls accuse Soy of killing Unjoo, especially since their relationship had become strained from the past year. Another girl spouts that Unjoo killed herself because she was pregnant. In the next scene the three girls are seen in the corner of the school, each accusing each other of who was spreading rumors, each girl denies, and then Eon-ju screams, claiming she saw Unjoo watching them. That evening Eon-Ju is lying awake in bed terrified, and her father comes in and continues to beat her for her low grades, claiming that he works all day while she sleeps, unable to keep her grades up. The next day she attends school with an eye patch over her left eye.

Eon-Ju later is in the bathroom speaking to two girls who are gossiping about Unjoo's death, when Eon-Ju sees Unjoo standing in an open bathroom stall, the left side of her face bloody and cracked. Eon-Ju runs to Eugene while in class and screams that she has seen Unjoo in the bathroom. While Eugene comforts her, Eon-Ju sees Unjoo again outside the window and screams, and wets herself. Eon-Ju then grabs her stuff, claiming to go to the teacher, after a small fight, the students kick her out. Eugene locks up Eon-Ju claiming she knows too much, and goes to computer class. Eon-Ju is screaming for Eugene, when she sees someone outside the door. It turns out to be Unjoo, and she screams. We then see Eugene in the computer room, the screens go black and then Eugene's screen shows Unjoo standing over Eon-Ju who is curled up. Eugene goes to rescue Eon-Ju and finds her in the bathroom, washing the urine off of her leg. Eugene asks who let Eon-Ju out and she tells her Unjoo let her out, and Unjoo promised to not kill any of them if they come clean. Later Eon-Ju jumps off the roof,Eugene and Soy watch her jump, each begging her not to jump. Soy is then seen holding Eon-Ju crying, students running up to see them. Soy is asked by the faculty what happened, but Soy could not speak.

Later on Soy and Eugene are talking in a classroom and Soy is begging Eugene to let her confess. Eugene storms out of the classroom, and Soy stays behind seeing Unjoo. Unjoo turns Soy's head around to look at her and Soy screams. Eugene runs back to check on Soy and then asks Soy to the church to attempt to apologize. Before going to the church Eugene attempts to take the church key that used to belong to her before Unjoo beat her in grades. Jeong-Eon asks Eugene if she is "looking for this" and holds up the key. Jeong-Eon tells Eugene that she knows that she was up on the roof when Unjoo was there. Eugene asks why she knows that, and Jeong-Eon responds "Unjoo told me, she told me everything!" Eugene continues to hit Jeong-Eon with a statue and leaves, but we see that Jeong-Eon didn't die from this, she was just knocked out.

Inside the church, Soy enters the confession box, and Eugene pretends to enter her's. However, Eugene goes into Soy's box and continues to strangle Soy. She smiles and says "Do you want to know why we asked you to kill yourself with us?" A flashback starts and shows Soy with her boyfriend, Ki-ho. We are shown that Eugene used to date Ki-ho and immediately made Soy and Eon-Ju stop being friends with Unjoo, despite Soy being such great friends. Unjoo had even told Soy that she wanted to die together with Soy one day, and regardless of this, she was no longer allowed to talk to Unjoo. However, on the day of Soy's "suicide" Soy called Unjoo to the library and told her that she was sorry for everything and confessed her pregnancy. Soy swore that she was going to kill herself and take the baby with her, and Unjoo agreed to die along with Soy no matter what. We then flash ahead to see Eugene pacing in the church, claiming to Soy and Eon-Ju that she would kill herself if she didn't make top grades. Not because she was terrified of losing the key, but losing to somebody in general. Eon-Ju sits up and says "Suicide isn't funny, I tried to kill myself last year, because of my dad." Soy then confesses her pregnancy. Later we see Eon-Ju and Eugene in a bedroom. Eugene suggests that because Soy is better at school work than Eugene and she doesn't want to lose to Soy again. Eugene and Eon-Ju decide that they would pretend to jump.

Eugene drags Soy to the front of the church, tying a microphone around Soy's neck, stringing her high up. Just then a girl storms in screaming Eugene's name. Eugene asks "Which one are you? Eon-Ju or Unjoo?" It turns out to be Unjoo, who chases Eugene to the back of the church; Eon-Ju catches her, and the two strangle and tie Eugene up. Unjoo steps forward to Soy, while Soy screams. We then see a flashback of the four girls on the roof, each girl holding hands. Before the jump, Eon-Ju and Eugene step back, accidentally pulling Soy with, but Soy accidentally lets go of Unjoo's hand, and she falls to her death.

The next scene is of Soy and Unjoo on the roof, Soy cries hugging Unjoo. Unjoo just smiles and says she missed Soy so much, she wanted to return, but knew she would be scare Soy. Unjoo tells Soy she can no longer return while Soy begs Unjoo to take her with her. However, Jeong-Eon grabs Unjoo's hand just then, and Unjoo tells Soy that she must stay to take care of Jeong-Eon. That Soy is now Jeong-Eon's older sister.

In the final scene we see that regardless that Soy is keeping the baby, Ki-ho has moved on with a short-haired girl. As they walk to the elevator, the two get in and just as the elevator door is closing, we see the girl's face turn into Unjoo's.
