was held at the Open Ground of Western Mindanao State University (WMSU) in Zamboanga City. Special Features, Video Clips, and best performances from individuals and/or movies that were nominated were shown. Although, The Said Celebration Was Rescheduled To February 04, 2010, The Event Was Celebrated Successfully With Highlighting Performances From The Selected WMSU Students.
