The 2010–11 Greek Cup is the 69th season of the Greek Football Cup
. A total of 67 clubs were accepted to enter, after the withdrawal of Egaleo, Kalamata and Pyrsos Grevena and their relegation to Delta Ethniki.
The competition commenced on 4 September 2010 with the First Round and will conclude in 30 April 2011 with the Final, held at Athens Olympic Stadium "Spyridon Louis"
. The defending champions were Panathinaikos, who won the title in the 2010 final against Aris
, but they were eliminated by AEK Athens in the quarter-finals. The tournament winners will qualify for the 2011–12 UEFA Europa League
providing they have not already qualified for a Champions' League or Europa League place. If the winners have qualified for the Champions League or Europa League, then the runners-up qualify for the Europa League. If the runners-up have already qualified for the Champions League or the Europa League, the highest placed team in the Super League Greece standings who have yet to qualify for the Champions League or Europa League would qualify for the Europa League.
