The 2010 Lidbondentoernooi
was the twenty-fourth edition of the promotional tournament in Surinamese football. The tournament proper features the district champions in Suriname's third tier of football, the Randdistrictentoernooi
, which essentially comprises "hoofdklasses" of each distinct district of Suriname. The clubs that qualified was Boma Star from Lelydorp
and Real Saramacca
from Saramacca, who earned a promotional spot by winning their play-off.
The qualifying clubs were the champions or finalists of each districts top division for the 2009–10 season. The tournament opened with the regional stage, before compressing into the final stage of the tournament.
Region Champions, VIOS of the Commewijne District champions and Deva Boys, the Meerzorg District champions. The matches were held in neutral Nieuw Amsterdam
where each team played each other once, during the span of 21 March to 10 April 2010. Deva Boys and Papatam advanced to the Semifinal Round as the pool winners and runners-up, respectively.

Final Round
The Final Round of the Lidbondentoernooi consisted of two pools, known as Poule C and Poule D. Each pool consisted of five clubs, who would play each other twice, home and away. The winner of each group earned automatic promotion into the Suriname Eerste Klasse, the second tier of Surinamese football. The group runners-up played a third place match in a single match playoff. The winner of the consolation match earned a spot in a promotion/relegation playoff against the 8th place Eerste Klasse team.Poule C
