The 2005–2006 ECRHA Regional Championships involved 30 NCRHA
schools playing in a multi-stage tournament to determine the regional champion of the Eastern Collegiate Roller Hockey Association (ECRHA)
. Team selections were announced at the conclusion of the 2005-2006 ECRHA Season. The tournament began on March 3, 2006 and concluded with the Championship games on March 5, 2006 at the Sportsplex in Feasterville, PA
.
The Towson University
Tigers won their third consecutive championship with a decisive victory over Boston University
. The tournament will be remembered for the 8th seeded Boston and 7th seeded University of Pittsburgh
for making it into the final four. Towson also equaled the mark set by Rochester Institute of Technology
of three consecutive championships. RIT's run ran from 2000–2003, while Towson's current run includes 2003-2006. In the DII tournament, the Neumann College
Knights made their fourth consecutive appearance in the title game, skating to victory over favored SUNY Brockport. Suffolk County Community College
won the DIII championship by default as the only DIII school in the ECRHA. However, their B counterparts, defeated Towson University in the final for the second straight year, and their third championship overall.
