1965 EC-121H Warning Star crash

The 1965 EC-121H Warning Star crash (call sign Honey 63) refers to an incident when a EC-121H Warning Star from the 551st Airborne Early Warning and Control Wing at Otis Air Force Base crashed off of the island of Nantucket, killing sixteen crewmembers aboard. There were three survivors.
