I'm a recent member of this forum and wanted to make a contribution and hopefully share something that you'd all be interested in.

This is a really interesting project - www.theworldchallenge.co.uk - it's a global competition aimed at finding projects or small businesses from around the world that have shown enterprise and innovation at a grass roots level.

There's a forum on the website too so you can make some suggestions to the organisers and also feedback on this years initiatives. Come and join me on there if you're interested.

Now in its fifth year, World Challenge 09 is a global competition aimed at finding projects or small businesses from around the world that have shown enterprise and innovation at a grass roots level. World Challenge 09 is brought to you by BBC World News and Newsweek, in association with Shell, and is about championing and rewarding projects and business which really make a difference.

We've got a few conversations happening on the forum so come and join in, share your opinions and help make a difference!
