Tigers are prone to live longer in captivity than in the wild.Tigers live up to 15-16 years in the wild and 18-20 in captivity.Some people think it is cruel to keep a tiger in a zoo (including myself) sothey took a stand and built 50 -100 acre lands of tiger climate and keep tigers there. It is safe safe for the people and good for the tiger.
