You have the function incorrect, they are a bit more lofty than what you think, they are as follows:

1.)Father of kings

2.)Governor of the world

3.)Vicar of Christ

These powers claimed by the Pope are in direct contrast to what Christ claimed. Remember the Kingdom of Christ is not of this world, it is a kingdom that is to come. Christ also made it clear that the god of this world is in opposition to his rule, therefore the Pope cannot be Govenor of the world, nor Father of kings and still be the Vicar of Christ. The Triregnum is the best sybol of the Apostate Church spoken of in Scripture.
