Some feel that recreational drugs, malnutrition, or even antiretroviral drugs used to treat AIDS actually cause AIDS.

It's everybody pretending that it doesn't exist, and that a billion and a half people are not already infected, and that the disease is not invariably fatal, and that there is a cure, and that the third of men will not succumb to this.
