We have a control room with various panels housing electronic devices including electronic data cards etc In order to cool this room can we use split ACs ?

We often air condition server rooms with hundreds of computers in them.
Although a wall split is not designed for this, they can usually look after these rooms although they should not be relied upon.
Be sure to up the Kw rating to handle the extra heat generated in these rooms. Also check with the manufacturer as sometimes warranties are void if used in such rooms.
