Steam turbine

We are having a casting foundry and we have a induction furnace. There is a coil outside the furnace. The coil is heated at 1500 degree celcius and water is used to cool the coil. The water keeps on circulating from covering the coil to the water tank placed outside the factory. The Water in the tank is really hot.

My question is can I use that hot water to drive a steam turbine by using some devices in between the running hot water outside the furnace to the tank, thus completely eliminating the need of the boiler ? To eliminate boiler is my core area to run steam turbine because if I decide to use a boiler, the complete project fails in its cost effectiveness. I was just checking the possibility.

Your opinion will definitely help me get a right direction.
