War of aggression

The civil war was a war of aggression perpetrated by Abraham Lincoln. There is nothing in the constitution that forbids seccession from the union. The southern states were well within their rights to do secede.

When Lincoln sent the US military to fight southern armies and destroy their cities, he was doing so in violation of his constitutional powers.

Bush would be the ignoramus to reply thusly. "So what"? So, that was an unconstitutional war which "saved the union" by destroying the constitution and the principles of the Declaration of Independence that were at the foundations of the concept of this once free society. "So what" got us into the international and financial mess we are in, today.
"So what" was actually a period of Federal agression, which changed the fundamental relationship between the Federal entity and the States, as well as the relationship between the Federal entity and the people, who were not previously subject to the jurisdiction of the Federal government, except under expressed conditions. "So what" was the beginning of the Federal police state controlled by the international banking institutions that we are witnessing being constructed today. If you are ready to argue "so what", I feel that I am up to the task. As George Bush said...."bring it on"!
