Penetration of various compounds through shed snake skin was measured in vitro to examine the effect of lipophilicity and molecular size of a compound on permeability through this model membrane. The permeabilities were found to be controlled by the lipophilicity and the molecular size of the permeant. The smaller and the more lipophilic the compound, the greater the permeability. Equations have been developed to predict the permeability from the molecular weight and the distribution coefficient of a compound. Further, the lipophilicity of shed snake skin is similar to that of human skin and the response of shed snake skin to the molecular size of a permeant is more similar to human skin than to hairless mouse skin. Considering the similarities between shed snake skin and human stratum corneum in terms of structure, composition, and permeability characteristics, the same considerations may apply to permeability through human stratum corneum.

1. The Guru said: This universe of names and forms has its origin in ignorance. It is dissolved by knowledge of the Self. The universe, being other than the Self, is unreal like a dream. It is like a mirage.

The universe is a big house of disconnected family-members. Though it is in fact a "universe," it appears as a "multiverse" due to the differences in the natures of its contents. Every living organism possesses such characters as to make it a body completely separated from the whole. Thus the universe is like a "house divided against itself."

The universe is a negation of Brahman, or rather a disfiguring of Brahman. Existence and content are non-separate in the fundamental nature of the Reality. The universe is noted for such a distinction between every two conceivable, aspect or portion of itself. The universe is torn to pieces of scattered characteristics everywhere conflicting in their qualities and actions. The cosmic mind and the individual mind are complementary creators of the presentation of the universe.

"Sleep is an unconscious state, characterized by reduced responsiveness and immobility. From my little reading on the subject, the following is what I recall:

Acharya Srikantha (ca. 1050 CE) wrote a commentary on the Brahma-Sutras and formed a Shaivite school of Vedanta called Shiva-Vishishtadvaita. His commentary was based on the Vedas and the Saiva Agamas.

This school of thought has affected the development of southern Shaivite schools – Saiva Siddhanta and Vira Shaivism. Some say that the philosophy of the Vira Shaivas called Shakti-Vishishtadvaita borrowed from Shiva-Vishishtadvaita (I don’t know if this is true or not).

Later, Appayya Dikshitar (16th century CE) commented upon and re-aligned this philosophy with Advaita Vedanta, and it came to be called Shiva-Advaita.

I don’t know the answer to your question about whether Shiva Advaita has any followers now or not, but Acharya Srikantha’s commentary on Brahma-Sutras is often quoted in many Saivite books.

It turns out that space can make music … if you know how to listen.
Gurnett is the James Van Allen professor of physics at the University of Iowa and the principal investigator for the Plasma Wave Science instrument on Voyager 1. At the press conference, he played some plasma wave data for the audience. The sounds, he explained, were solid evidence that Voyager 1 had left the heliosphere.
The heliosphere is a vast bubble of magnetism that surrounds the sun and planets. It is, essentially, the sun's magnetic field inflated to enormous proportions by the solar wind. Inside the heliosphere is "home." Outside lies interstellar space, the realm of the stars....

Strictly speaking, the plasma wave instrument does not detect sound. Instead it senses waves of electrons in the ionized gas or "plasma" that Voyager travels through. No human ear could hear these plasma waves. Nevertheless, because they occur at audio frequencies, between a few hundred and a few thousand hertz, "we can play the data through a loudspeaker and listen," says Gurnett. "The pitch and frequency tell us about the density of gas surrounding the spacecraft."
When Voyager 1 was inside the heliosphere, the tones were low, around 300 Hz, typical of plasma waves coursing through the rarified solar wind. Outside, the frequency jumped to a higher pitch, between 2 and 3 kHz, corresponding to denser gas in the interstellar medium. The transition music to Gurnett's ears.

INTRODUCTION
We are all used to different systems of energy regulation and coordination in our daily lives. The work done by our minds when we sleep (dreams), or awake (thoughts) can regulate our physical being. Ordinary examples include wet dreaming, and not so new that people can ejaculate as a result of mental work. People usually wake up in moods that reflect the kind of dreams that they had while asleep.
Sight is processed through the confrontation between the energy of eyes and light, and the confrontation between the energy of ears and light cannot lead to the phenomena of sight. The same applies to hearing. It cannot be processed through the confrontation of the energy of sound and eyes; it can only be process through the confrontation between the energy of sound and ears.
While lightning and thunder are caused at the same time, the difference in the framework of their energy coordination and the influence of their energy regulation lead to the difference in the time of their effect and the impact of their network. and the examples continue.
All the above physical evidences justify the existence of a predictable system of energy coordination and regulation. And this is the foundation of Q2 mechanics. Thus; Q2 mechanics is concerned with the prediction and measurements of energy due to the confrontation between conscious and consciousness.

WHAT IS CONSCIOUS?
Conscious should not be confused with consciousness which refers to the influence of energy regulation. Conscious in this case is the framework of energy coordination up on which consciousness depends.

2.1 THE CONSCIOUS MECHANICS
Conscious mechanics works on the principles of dualism through which the framework of energy coordination is predicted and measured. Dualism has been applied by different scholars with different interpretations, but in the case of conscious mechanics it is applied as the opposite and equilibrium variation of the states of energy. And the principles of dualism due to conscious are the following;

Explore all possible states of energy coordination based on duality and establish any possible event of this dualism.

For every state of energy, there are 1 or 2 events.

No two identical events can occupy the same state of energy at the same time. This applies equally to the Pauli Exclusion Principle when the very same principle is stated as no two identical fermions can occupy the same quantum state.

The equations of conscious mechanics provide a mathematical setup of predicting energy through dual principle by determining the topological invariance of this duality in conditions of energy variations. It uses the positive, negative, and or notations (- or +) to account for the logical framework of the opposite and equilibrium variation of energy and other mathematical symbols and notations through which this dualism is coordinated and regulated. This is implemented as below:

3- WHAT IS CONSIOUSNESS
Consciousness refers to the influence of energy regulation. Though it is academically popular to refer to consciousness as the state of awareness, but I say that awareness is just one form of energy regulation. Other examples of energy regulation are motion, life, force, shape, health, charge, growth, decay, deform, color etc.

3.1 THE MECHANICS OF CONSCIOUSNESS
The mechanics of consciousness works on the principle of cause and effect through which the influence of energy regulation is predicted and measured. And the principles of cause and effect due to consciousness are as follows;

a) Events maintains a single state of energy (- - xor +) until they are confronted by an event with the opposite state of energy.


b) When two or more feasible events confront each other (- - and +), force is applied, and change is inevitable

c) “The acceleration of a body (a) is parallel and directly proportional to the net force applied on the body(F: applied force), is in the direction of the applied force, and is inversely proportional to the mass m of the body, F =Ma.

d) Force is applied in opposite direction.

Note well; the mechanics of consciousness is equivalent to the influence of energy regulation in classical mechanics

4- UNIFICATION OF MEASUREMENTS AND PREDICTION (THE PRINCIPLE OF DIMENSIONAL ANALYSIS)

Energy exists in strings of different events measured through the units of joule. These units are a measure of different series of a string’s mass, space and time (which we shall call the elements of energy regulation and coordination) in form of a single event. The coordination and regulation of energy as a function of these elements determine the string of events.
the units of joule are a measure of the differences in the series of a given element of energy coordination and regulation with in an event.example;

The different series of mass occur in units of kilograms, grams, milligrams, tons and others through which the massive content of an event is measured.
The different series of space occur in units of miles, kilometers, meters and others through which the space of an event is measured.
The different series of time occur in units of seconds, minutes, hours, days, weeks, months, years, decade, centuries, millenniums and others through which the amount of time of a given event is measured.
All the above imply that the energy content of a given string of events is coordinated and regulated through mass, space and time.
Mass is a physical quantity that refers to the material content of an event.

Space is a geometrical quantity that refers to the total area of an event.

Time is a numerical quantity that refers to the total period of an event.

The principle of dimensional analysis postulates that; scientific predictions should be dimensionally equivalent to physical measurements. And applying the predictions of Q2 (as in 2.1 and 3.1) with the units of joule (which is the physical measure of energy), we get;

So the equation of energy in its entire admissible reference frame of energy coordination and regulation (relativity principle) becomes E = MQ2; where M is mass measured in kilograms and Q2 is the velocity of conscious measured in meters per hour (or physically; space – time). The measures and predictions of energy coordination and regulation through E = MQ2 depend on the following principles;

5.1) consciousness reduces to conscious through the principle of dualism, that is to say; since the equation of energy due to conscious is

And the square root of a given quantity is a subset of that quantity, E1/2 is a subset of E. this implies that events with in the disequilibrium state of energy (which is +E1/2 xor - -E1/2 ) are subsets of events with in the equilibrium state of energy (which is +E1/2 and - -E1/2). At the equilibrium state of energy, the energy level of all different events is measured and predicted through E = MQ2.

At the positive state of MQ2, all events are measured and predicted through; Ma/d^2 , where d is displacement. This implies that +E = Ma/d^2 where +E is kinetic energy (KE which is the energy of events in motion).
And at the negative state of MQ2, all events are measured and predicted through Ma/d^(-2) , this implies that - -E= Ma/d^(-2) , where - -E is potential energy (PE; which is the energy of an events in a given position).

5.2) and conscious produces consciousness through the principle of cause and effect. That is to say that any conscious equation will produce consciousness through derivation with MQ2. For example;

The principle of fine network; Fine network is the network of energy coordination and regulation. If Q2 can regulate and coordinate the mind-body events on a given string through awareness, then on the very same string, Q2 can regulate and coordinate its decisions and paths through economics, can regulate and coordinate its shapes through tensor field, can regulate and coordinate its health conditions through biology, can regulate and coordinate its momentum through applied force, can regulate and coordinate its matter through chemistry, etc.

"The senses then assumed the form of the principal prana. They all assumed his form."


Because the secondary pranas are senses and because the secondary pranas are merely functions of the principal prana, therefore the principal prana is also a sense. How can you claim, then, that the principal prana is not a sense?

Here someone may doubt: The mind is also mentioned apart from the senses in this passage. It must be that the mind is not a sense.


This doubt is answered by the following words of Bhagavad-gita (15.7):

"The mind is one of the six senses."

The principle of increasing opportunity cost of the path of events postulates that;

the geometrical path of an event that coordinates between two or more different events follows that consciousness with the least opportunity cost of the conscious of the coordinating event before turning to the conscious with higher opportunity cost.

"...Ever since Albert Einstein formulated his theory of relativity nearly a century ago, it has been a central tenet of physics that nothing can travel faster than light. Now it is claimed that in certain circumstances, light itself can be accelerated up to 300 times its usual speed. But it's too soon to consign the textbooks to the dustbin.
