Thousands of people who had tickets expent over an hour to get to the gates and then were told to go home or somewhere else as the Magic Kingdom was full by 10 am on Christmas Day. That was our Christmas present! They had our money and did not care that we came from other states, other countries to visit the park. The part is not investing to growth with the demand. The workers at the gate were cold and rude. They did not offer a refund or any type of compensation for our lost time, our frustration and the children's broken hopes and dreams. Many people are going back to their destinations and nobody care. I hope some lawyers suit the park for all of us.
Don't ever go to these park on December 25-26.
