So is killing...Where does it say in the constitution. "You can kill people"... The explanation... "To bear arms" No mention of killing people. What is classed as "Arms" anyhow?
The constitution was agreed by the founding fathers when it took at least a minute to load the arms/ gun and that was if the gunpowder was dry.

Alright I'm drawing a long bow. However if you believe that a healthcare programme,for your fellow American who cannot afford healthcare is unconstitutional,I suggest you sit down with a strong cup of tea and quietly think it through. Healthcare from the "Greatest Country in the world" would I have thought, to be an accepted standard.

If the people, need,a service, which is for the benefit of all Americans,why not change the consititution.

It is a free health service for all UK citizens,brought in by the Government after WW2.
