Question: Can a transferee(at the very start of a curriculum year) of a school can be included in the selection of honor students at that curriculum year also?Please answer because that question is always the discussion between me and my principal. we have a different interpretation of deped's no. 6 memo last 2005 about the selection of honor students (item no. 5).
