Where i have to go & lodge further complain insted of Kandivali Samta Nagar Police Station.

Regarding this fraud & cheating case i have all the relevant paper documents with me.

If Kandivali Samta Nagar Police Stations are not ready to File a F.I.R. against Mr. Shivkumar & Ms. Aarti Thakur, where i have to lodge same against them?

Any particular Law to give them punishment, regarding Fraud & Cheating Case?

Kandivali Samta Nagar Police Stations do not have any Rights to Catch & collect the money from them and put behind the bar?
