This man filed a complaint because the PO was yelling at him when he was getting a traffic violation. JJ was not impartial and did not even wanted to hear on the audio when the PO was yelling at the man. Do cops have a right to intimidate by yelling at individuals. She awarded the cop $5000 in damges because the complaint. I don't think she was impartial. She did not even asked one question of the cop. I am highly disappointed. I have met some pretty crazy and violent cops.
