Good day! i would like to ask, what are the basis in giving ITEM to a teacher applicant? Recently, in our district one of the applicant has given an item not in his residence. He was not also in the first rank of applicants. Just wondering if it is right to give the item to the rank one rather than to him who is least in rank, since there were no applicants in the said school. i would be very glad if you will leave a reply
