Is there anybody who is known to or interested in the moral shifts that toke place (in the heads and hearts of the population of that city) when de town of Strasbourg was "freed" by the Nazi's, in the beginning of World War II ?

I know that is was no easy proces but I would like to know more about is ! Especialy in respect to the moral development of Youth ( in general)
