I'm interested in the Ice Road along the Lena River from Yakutsk to Tiksi. Specifically, how early and late in the year is it typically usable? How long would a trip along the road typically take (Yakutsk-Tiksi) via personal automobile and via cargo transport truck? Are there regulations for weight limits on the road for different parts of the season?
